CONCILIATION COMMISSION FROM 14 TO 15 OCTOBER 2025

The conciliation session scheduled for 14th October, 2025, commenced this morning at 9 AM at the headquarters of the *Electricity Sector Regulation Agency (ARSEL)* under the supervision of *Mr. BEGOUMEGNIE Jean Didier*, _President of the Conciliation Commission_, assisted by Mrs. Yolande GOUFAN, who is taking down the minutes. A team from *Enéo Cameroon* led by *Mrs. HAGBE Evelyne*, _Monitoring Officer of Service Regulations, Yaoundé pole. 

The *consumers* invited to the session take turns presenting their complaints .

Through listening and dialogue, consensual solutions are found.
